Frequently Asked Questions
Missed a lesson?
In the event that a music lesson is missed, we are happy to arrange a make-up session at a time that is convenient for both the teacher and the student. Please contact your teacher as soon as possible to notify them of the missed lesson and to schedule a make-up session. We strive to be flexible and accommodating, and we will do our best to find a mutually agreeable time for the make-up lesson.
Are fees paid up front?
Payment for our package lessons of 5 lessons for $225 is required in advance. However, for single lessons, payments of $50 can be made after the lesson has been completed.
Payment Methods?
We accept contactless payments via Square reader. To pay, simply tap your phone or card!
Do you offer lessons for an instrument that is not listed on your website?
Thank you for your interest in our music lessons. We offer a wide variety of instruments on our website, but we understand that there may be some instruments that are not currently listed. Please feel free to contact us with any inquiries about specific instruments you are interested in learning. Our team will be more than happy to discuss the possibility of offering lessons for those instruments.
Do you sell instruments?
If you could kindly let us know what type of instrument you are interested in, we would be happy to assist you in finding the right one from our inventory.
How do group classes work?
Group classes are currently applicable to any instrument that can be held. There is a minimum requirement of at least two students, to which it is recommended for them to bring their own instruments.
Do I bring my own instrument?
Bringing your own instrument is not required except for instruments that are played by blowing air through mouth pieces (saxophone, flute, etc.). There is already a piano and drum set in the studio set (so definitely don't bring either one of those!). We just recommend you to bring your own hand-held instruments, but we do have a bass guitar, ukuleles and electric, acoustic and classical guitars on set ready for students to use.
Which instrument should I learn?
Although included as lesson time. students may learn and try multiple instruments until they find the one they like the most! The only way to know perhaps it to try.
